PC Mender
A Windows system monitor that scores running processes for real threats.
Overview
PC Mender is a Windows desktop tool for watching and cleaning up a machine. Its centrepiece is a process monitor that does more than list what is running: it scores every process across process characteristics, live behaviour, and known attack patterns, then surfaces the ones that look wrong. It looks for process-name impersonation, unsigned executables running from suspicious locations, unusual parent processes, elevated privileges, hidden processes, suspicious API calls, and rootkit-style behaviour. Alongside the security side it tracks CPU, memory, and network use, and can terminate or re-prioritise processes on request.

- A maintained database of known-safe Windows, security, and developer processes
- Process termination, priority management, and automatic whitelisting
- Detailed threat reporting and configurable detection thresholds
